The BOE publishes the new index for the annual update of rents
The National Institute of Statistics (INE) has already defined the new annual update index for housing rental contracts, thus fulfilling one of the mandates contemplated in the Housing Law. The new methodology has already been published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) on December 20.
